Honeycomb was one of the only ways your grandparents (or great-grandparents) were able to enjoy honey, before electricity made it possible to spin out the honey like we do today.
Honeycomb can be eaten straight out of the container. The beeswax can be swallowed, or you can chew it up like bubblegum and dispose of it when all of the flavor is gone.
It is also great melted on biscuits or toast.
